Rodent Exclusion Service

Rodent Exclusion Service & Entry Point Sealing

Rodents fit through very small openings and can gnaw through wood, lead, aluminum, copper, cinder block, and uncured concrete. Mice can squeeze through gaps larger than 5/16 inch, and rats can squeeze through gaps larger than 1/2 inch. They will also enlarge openings that are too small by chewing until the hole is big enough for their body to fit through.

Mice can be very consistent when trying to get inside a home or building. The original name for rodents is Latin. “Rodere” a means to gnaw while Dens (dentis) meaning tooth. I have seen my strew through all types of material. I have witnessed them come through air vents, dryer vents, under cabinets, behind appliances, even directly under floorboards.

We specialize in rat and mice exclusion services as that's what our company was initially founded and licensed do to for customers in DC.
